The Ceremony of the signature of the Treaty of Lisbon will be transmitted live at www.eu2007.pt and Euronews.

Accreditation:
The Accreditation Centre is located in a tent next to Jerónimos Monastery, by the Media entrance (Rua dos Jerónimos).
Media representatives accredited for the Signing Ceremony of the Treaty of Lisbon have free access to the Ceremony venue and the Media support Room, within the indicated working hours.
The accreditation card is personal and non transferable and must be worn visibly at all places where Ceremony acts take place.
Loss of this card must be notified immediately to the Information Desk or the Accreditation Centre.

Media support Room:
The Media support Room is installed in the Jerónimos Monastry, Lisbon. The Media entrance is through the side door of the Jerónimos Monastry (Rua dos Jerónimos)

12 December – 3 pm to 9.30pm
13 December – 6:30am to 8pm

Equipment:
Media representatives have at their disposal 200 individual workstations, equipped with telephone, ISDN lines and internet access. Some workstations are equipped with a computer. The Media support Room also has faxes, printers and photocopiers.

Host Broadcaster
RTP – Rádio e Televisão de Portugal will give technical assistance to Radio and television networks who wish it. Any requests must be addressed by the interested stations to RTP.

Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)
The main events, as well as useful information will be transmitted through the closed circuit television, available in all areas of the Media support Room.

Cafeteria
A cafeteria service is available, free of charge, during the Media Centre working hours. A lunch will be served to the Media representatives on the 13th of December, at the Jerónimos Monastery.

First Aid
A First Aid Unit is permanently open at the venue of the Signing Ceremony of the Treaty of Lisbon. A medical emergency team will be available whenever required.

Image coverage
Camerapersons and photographers will have at their disposal a fixed position for image coverage during the Ceremony with 100 positions.
Media Representatives wishing to follow the Ceremony will have at their disposal some reserved seats.

Car parking

Media representatives using their own car or technical vehicles have car parking facilities next to the venue where the Ceremony takes place (100m).

On 13 December, the access to the technical vehicle parking will be forbidden during the following times:
